When will I be charged?

You are billed at the time of sign-up. Your listing goes live on the Horsesource USA website immediately after payment is processed. Your 12-month subscription begins from the date the iOS & Android app launches in your area — not your payment date — so you won't lose a single day of coverage.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Annual plans are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins, but you keep your listing through the end of the period.

How does the 🥕 Carrot Referral Reward work?
