When will I be charged?

You are billed at the time of sign-up. Your listing goes live on the Horsesource USA website immediately after payment is processed. Your 12-month subscription begins from the date the iOS & Android app launches in your area — not your payment date — so you won't lose a single day of coverage.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Annual plans are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins, but you keep your listing through the end of the period.

How does the 🥕 Carrot Referral Reward work?

Every provider you refer who signs up and stays past the 30-day refund window earns you one carrot. Collect 5 for one free month, 10 for two, 15 for three (the max per renewal cycle). Free months are credited to your next renewal — not your current subscription period, so they push your next bill date forward by 30, 60, or 90 days. The carrot counter resets each renewal cycle.
